Staying Alive (My Brief Biography)

As old man says “the sun never sits on one’s problems” still very true for me. Life is such that problems cropping up every now and then. I, too Had My share of sorrows but no profound statement in my mind that enable me to wade through the problems. For once and now, I found myself in such Dire straits that there seemed to me “no way out now”. It Started in 1991 When my grandfather was assassinated by militants in Punjab when he was Coming back to home (AKLIA) Punjab. He was a true ideal for me to follow his footsteps. Everyone respects him due to his habit for helping Other’s without taking any money or material goods. He was much closed to Late Sh. Giani Zail Singh and Mr. Rajeev Gandhi. That incident took me off
From my right path shown by him (Becoz he taught me to be honest/patient/ Work for others/Helping the poor and no lies) but after his death, a new Personality devolvped in me, totally different from my genuine personality.

I feel a complete transformation of a human being (I become arrogant, aggressive, violent, fill with rage, denied others thoughts, mood swings , Behavior changes and unfortunately, I was put myself on drugs (Opiates & Medical drugs) means according to psychiatrists I was develop a disease Called BPD/ADHD & MPD (multiple personality disorder). My Alter Personality was more dominant than original. Bullshit, no disease like One they diagnose ever exists, It’s just a state of mind which is producing Anxiety & Behavior changes.

FORTUNATALY: God has given me a price less gift (Brain), I was intelligent /sharp and quickly adaptive to the conditions that’s why I am Alive Today. I completed my Studies in 2002 (B.A & PGD in computer installation and networking) in 2001, I completed a crash course from new Delhi model town centre Web Designing (HTML/DHTML/XML/UML/ASP/Scripting) , Prog. Languages (C++ & Java), Database Administration (SQL SERVER) & Operating Systems (Windows-NT / LINUX RED HAT Administering).

NOTE: During that period, I had gone through 3 times to the psychiatrist for de-addiction but failed to do so. Then I started searching psychiatry & found that the drugs they were giving to me were more dangerous than others. They Have no logic and tests to diagnose any such disease, they were simply relied On 10-15 questions asked to everyone, mostly 4 or 5 fits into their theory and Drug Prescription, however they won’t know the affects of the drug prescribed Mostly of them were and still are mind altering drug formulation that sploits a Life easily, the patient feel more aggression, anxiety, sudden behavior change and mood swings and most dangerous of all is turning one’s behavior homicidal And resulted into suicide or killing others.

Recovery Phase: I mustered courage to get over the bad phase, what inspired me is one book named Papilon (A true story of a man, who escapes from the jail No body even dares to think about. He was caught six times becoz the prison was in the sea undergone torture, left alone in a dark cell nobody to speak with. But no one stops him to let free and he was successfully break from jail in 7th attempt).

Today I have a reputation of being different from others. I do my work before deadlines, Punctual, providing genuine information on IT, completed Microsoft Exam’s to earn credit as a Microsoft Certified IT Professional/Microsoft Cert. Partner/Beta Tester.

ROLE OF CCHR (citizens commission on human rightsNon Profit) : cchr completely fill me with information regarding drugs and fake diseases created for money & getting big amt. from pharma companies to prescribe their drugs .

I joined cchr in 2009 & now a investigator for monitoring psychiatry’s ill practices.

Man found guilty over sham marriage

Hi
Friends as always .this is my new post for you fulll with geniune information.I hope you guys learn from the incident which was named as SHAM MARRIAGES by UK government to stop ill-legal stay of the people
Who wants to stay forever in UK , however they were come fro visit/studying and buisness & Asylum but
This is a very wrong way to cheat a country , who faith you and granted entry clearance.Uk Border Agency
And Immigration Deptt. is now very strictly acted on these issues.

A man has been found guilty of taking part in a sham marriage presided over by a corrupt vicar at a church in Sussex.27-year-old Liberian national Mikael Prince was tried in his absence at Hove Crown Court having absconded from bail. On Wednesday 5 January he was found guilty of avoiding removal from the UK and perjury offences. The judge sentenced him to 13 months in prison. A warrant has now been issued for his arrest.Prince, who's last known address was St Margarets Road in Hastings, was arrested by officers from the UK Border Agency's South East Immigration Crime Team as part of an investigation into a series of sham marriages at St Peter's Church in St Leonards. He married Larisa Kuznecova, a Latvian national, in 2007 in the hope that it would help him stay in the UK.Kuznecova admitted perjury during a hearing in December 2010, and was given a 12 month conditional discharge.
Andy Cummins, who heads up the South East immigration crime team, said: 'We would appeal to anyone who may have information about Prince's whereabouts to come forward to us. We want to track this man down and put him behind bars.
'The UK Border Agency takes abuse of the immigration system very seriously, and we are working closely with churches and registrars to identify suspect sham marriages. They Said 'If we uncover marriages that are not genuine, we will challenge them and prosecute where appropriate. Our main aim is to identify the organisers who profit from and fuel the demand for sham marriages, and destroy their criminal business.'
In September 2010 3 people were jailed for 4 years each for being involved in hundreds of sham marriages at St Peter's - vicar Alex Brown, legal advisor Michael Adelasoye and Kuznecova's partner Vladymr Buchak, a Ukrainian national who acted as a fixer for many of the couples.

SO ITS CLEAR BY UK BORDER AGENCY THAT: A marriage certificate alone does not give foreign nationals the right to live and work in the UK. Their relationship has to be genuine. If it's not, they face prosecution or deportation. The South East immigration crime team is a specialist unit of seconded police and UK Border Agency officers set up to investigate immigration crime, and prosecute those behind it.

Psychiatrists Turn to Technology for Making Money

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 11, 2011 - Pharmaceutical and healthcare market research company Manhattan Research releases its latest Taking the Pulse® Europe study, which explores how physicians in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom use the Internet and technology for their practices and professional purposes. The research also provides data on physician behaviors and preferences regarding their interaction with pharmaceutical companies and sales reps. This year's Taking the Pulse® Europe v10.0 features expanded research sections on patient education, social, online video, and mobile, including adoption of iPads and other tablets.

Key findings from the Taking the Pulse® Europe study are:
Mobile is playing an increasingly important role in the healthcare professional landscape in Europe. As in the U.S., smartphone adoption is on the rise, with 69% of online physicians in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, or the United Kingdom owning these devices.

While most online European physicians are generally comfortable reading professional materials in English and visit various U.S. websites, the majority of physicians visit pharma websites from their own country rather than U.S.-based ones when looking for pharma product information.

Patient education is also an area of interest for physicians in 2011. Most online European physicians share patient education materials with their patients and more than half recommend websites to them.

Physician social networking has experienced strong growth in Europe in the past year – one-quarter of online European physicians used closed professional online communities in 2010.

Manhattan Research Goes Global – Now 15 Countries in Taking the Pulse® Research Series

New Countries – Brazil, Mexico, Russia, and Canada

In response to overwhelming client demand for research in emerging markets, Manhattan Research will expand its physician research global footprint and offer its Taking the Pulse® study for 15 countries. The company already provides data and insights on the technology utilization, professional resource mix, and pharma relationship of physicians in the U.S., Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the UK, China, South Korea, India, Japan, and Taiwan – and will add Brazil, Mexico, Russia, and Canada to the research lineup in 2011.

Six jailed for smuggling cocaine on cruise ship

11 January 2011
Six Bulgarian and Lithuanian nationals have been jailed for a total of 87 years for attempting to smuggle approximately 35kg of cocaine, with an estimated street value of £1.4 million, into the UK aboard a cruise ship.
A further 2 smugglers are due to be sentenced at the same court next week.
Canterbury Crown Court heard that UK Border Agency officers searched the cruise liner MSC Orchestra when it arrived in Dover on 6 May 2010 en route to Amsterdam from Brazil.Whilst searching the ship, they found in 4 of the cabins a 'bodysuit' which was designed to be worn under outer clothing and comprised of a trouser half and an upper body half. Individual packets of drugs had been stitched into the suits.Officers also found in one of the cabins a fifth 'spare' part body suit that contained no drugs.
Two Bulgarian men, 2 Bulgarian women, 3 Lithuanian men and 1 Lithuanian woman were arrested and later charged with being knowingly concerned in the evasion of the prohibition on importation of cocaine under Section. 3 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.The 4 Bulgarians admitted knowing each other, as did the 4 Lithuanians, but each group denied knowing the other.Seven had pleaded guilty to attempting to smuggle the cocaine and the eighth Kostadin Malev was found guilty after trial at Canterbury Crown court on 3 November 2010.Malcolm Bragg, criminal and financial assistant director for the UK Border Agency, said:
'These drug smugglers thought they would go unnoticed by posing as cruise ship passengers. They were wrong. We've got our eye on every possible smuggling route into the UK. 'We know the lengths that organised criminals will go to and will stop at nothing to bring them to justice. 'The sentences handed down today send a clear message to people considering smuggling drugs that you will have your freedom taken away from you for several years. 'Drugs like cocaine devastate lives and communities. Anyone with information about activity they suspect may be linked to drug smuggling should call our hotline on 0800 59 5000.' The UK Border Agency will take action to deport the smugglers at the end of their jail terms.
As I already Mentioned in the Previous Blog UK Border Agency officers use hi-tech search equipment to combat immigration crime and detect banned and restricted goods that smugglers attempt to bring into the country.
They also use an array of search techniques including detection dogs, carbon dioxide detectors, heartbeat monitors and scanners as well as visual searches to find well-hidden stowaways, illegal drugs, firearms and cigarettes which would otherwise end up causing harm to local people, businesses and communities.
Criminals are Criminal's whatever nationality they possess. These guys are intended to do anti-social work for Money .
IL-LEGAL IMMIGRANTS: Thousands of people are in UK , living il-legally however there visa's expired.
The Rules they are breaking affects other people to came UK for studying/Buisness and visitor's.
THE UK GOVT. MUST TAKEN SOME STEPS LIKE A AMMENDMENT IN IMMIGRATION RULE FOR EXTENSION OF STUDY VISA , AFTER THE COURSE IS COMPLETED.

THANKS TO UK BORDER AGENCY FOR PROVIDING VALUEABLE INFORMATION .
