QUESTION MARK OVER BSNL

Having all the infrastructure funds,Engineer's,Man Power and Management BSNL still behind others Private companies  like airtel and vodafone.Serious implications puts on The BSNL when officials approved a chinese company to provide devices and network implementation in the south.South is india's Hub ISRO,Nuclear Plant and other big Booms of india and considered as very senstive Area.After Rage deal was cancelled and alloted to ericsson.
3 G: now they talking of 3G next genx of the mobile phones provides enhanced services such as multimedia,High speed net access (Broadband) with the ability to view video footage on 3G handset and access to 3G network.

Fact: They were failures of 2G and according to me this will not possible .All the features are possible but only when you have Excellent Infra,High End Servers,Good quality Cabling or Spectrum for OTA(over the air ) Devices and error free network(less down time).User must have a high end 3G enabled Handset to attain max. Speed.Every dtat transmission is going through BSNL and they charged the other service provider's.Full Survey Required Where you will plan to Provide 3G services.For video Footage you required  atleast 30 frames/s , so not possible for the time being.

Wi-Max certainly a goog option for the areas where normal broadband cable connectivity not available , but
on which cost upgrading devices installing more Towers pay rents for maintanance.
Which price band they calculate for wi-max implementation for the rural people  Chinese becoz they are cheap and provide lots of money  for that they will ignoring security of india.
Data Cards:for net access never attain the speed mentioned by BSNL becoz speed depends on totality of network to handset.Once you are far from the tower signal strength decreases drastically.
CDMA DATA CARDS: are risky to use becoz a expert can easily open the lock and reload other service providers software devices (NIC/EDVO).
